Phillies Score Runs, Hamels Cries Himself to Sleep

So in a complete 180 from last night's contest, the Phillies decided to actually bring their bats to Marlins Park tonight.  The offense broke out for 7 runs as they cruised to a 7-3 victory and no doubt assured that Cole Hamels will cry himself to sleep tonight after never receiving any run support.
For no reason at all, here is a picture of a cat at the bottom of some steps, enjoy and read on friends.

Tyler Cloyd received the call-up for tonight's start and looked fantastic, throwing seven innings while surrendering 2 runs and recording 5 strikeouts.  Antonio Bastardo took over for Cloyd and tossed one scoreless frame before B.J. Rosenberg came on in the ninth and finished the game off, allowing 1 run in one inning pitched.
After receiving a cortisone shot in his sore knee, Ryan Howard returned to the lineup and looked good, going 3 for 5 on the night 3 RBI's and 2 runs scored.  Ben Revere went 3 for 5 at the plate with a double, as he continues to appear to finally be coming around offensively.  Dom Brown notched a double of his own as he went 1 for 5 with 2 RBI's.
In a surprising turn of events, Delmon Young actually hit the ball tonight.  Young went 2 for 4 with 2 RBI's and a run scored.  On the evening, Young smacked a double as well as his second home run of the season, and first since his first at bat as a member of the Phillies.
The Phillies will be back in action tomorrow as they wrap up their series with the Marlins.  Cliff Lee will get the start.
